A new desktop fabric printer from Anker combines DTG and DTF printing for home and small studio use.
Anker is expanding its eufyMake brand into garment printing. At IFA 2026, the company showed off a personal fabric printer that can apply custom designs directly to t-shirts, bags, and other textiles. The machine supports both Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, giving creators flexibility depending on the material and look they want.
Two Methods in One Machine
DTG prints ink straight onto fabric, producing soft, breathable designs that feel natural to wear. DTF uses a transfer film that works across a wider range of fabrics, including dark colors. The eufyMake printer can even combine both methods on the same garment, so you can layer a DTG illustration with DTF foil accents.
Creators also get practical touches like full-color DTG designs that pair with single-color embroidery, and DTF support for gold and silver foil finishes. Anker says an intelligent cleaning algorithm keeps the print heads in good shape, reducing the white-ink clogs that plague many garment printers.
Desktop Size, Professional Results
The printer is roughly the size of a consumer 3D printer, so it fits on a standard desk. A dashboard on top controls settings and material selection. Anker is targeting side-hustle sellers, small studios, and anyone who wants branded goods without outsourcing to a third-party service.
Price and Availability
The eufyMake fabric printer does not have a final name or price yet. Anker plans to launch it in Q1 2027 and is running a co-creation program with creators to refine workflow and reliability before release. Alongside the fabric printer, eufyMake is adding a Roll-to-Film attachment for its UV Printer E1 in Q3 2026 and a high-capacity ink supply system in Q4 2026.
If the hardware delivers on its promises, it could lower the barrier to custom apparel considerably. Professional garment customization has been locked inside expensive industrial machines for decades. A desktop option that handles both DTG and DTF is a notable shift.
