Elegoo is marking its annual celebration with a $1 million creator fund, a MakeItReal design contest, and printer discounts through September 29.

Elegoo Day 2026 Launches With $1M Creator Fund and Community Contest

Elegoo has kicked off Elegoo Day 2026, its annual community celebration built around the Nexprint model-sharing platform. The centerpiece is a $1 million Creator Fund that pays users for uploading 3D models, starting with the very first submission.

The payment structure is straightforward. Each accepted model earns $100, and stacking incentives can push that to $300 per model. Bonus rewards unlock at 3, 5, 10, 20, and 50 submissions, so consistency matters more than a single viral hit. Monthly rankings also hand out exclusive prizes, including actual Elegoo printers, to the top five creators.

Running alongside the Creator Fund is the MakeItReal contest, open from September 10 through October 30. The premise is simple: turn any flat idea into a physical 3D-printed object. No design background is required. Winners will be announced on November 20, with prizes of up to $300 in Elegoo coupons.

Elegoo also added three new tools to Nexprint to lower the barrier to entry. A Text and Image to 3D Generator lets users create printable models from a photo or a written description. A Vase Generator and a Nameplate Generator join it, each turning basic inputs into models in minutes.

The timing lines up with the Elegoo Day Sale, running September 8 through 29 with discounts of up to 54% on selected products. The sale includes the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K resin printer, the Centauri Carbon 2 Combo multicolor FDM machine, and the Mars 5 Ultra resin printer.

What ties all of this together is the loop Elegoo is trying to close. A creator sketches an idea, generates a model on Nexprint, shares it, enters it into MakeItReal, and collects Creator Fund rewards along the way. None of those steps demands deep technical skill. For a company that started with hardware, the shift toward owning the software and community layer is becoming hard to miss.
