Bambu Lab A2L Arrives in India
Bambu Lab has officially entered the Indian market with the A2L, its largest open-bed desktop 3D printer. The launch comes after two years of indirect sales through authorized partners, during which the brand built a steady following among educators, designers, and small businesses.
The A2L offers a 330 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, roughly 105 percent more space than conventional 256 mm-class desktop printers. That extra room means larger prototypes, fewer assembly steps, and the ability to batch more parts in a single print.
Bambu Lab tackled the vibration problems that come with larger print beds. Adaptive Vibration Compensation adjusts print performance based on toolhead position and bed load. Granular Dampers inside the frame absorb shaking. A closed-loop PMSM Servo Extruder monitors filament flow in real time, catching grinding or feeding issues before they ruin a print.
In Silent Mode, the A2L stays below 49 dB, quiet enough for classrooms and home studios. Optional accessories add Blade Cutting and Pen Drawing modules, turning the printer into a multi-tool for leather, fabric, stickers, and drawing tasks.
Pricing in India starts at Rs 48,999 for the base model and Rs 65,999 for the Combo variant, which includes multi-material accessories. The machine is now available through Bambu Lab's authorized channel partner network.
