Creality's new SPARKX i7 Nano fits multicolor printing into a tiny footprint, shipping today for $299 with the CFS nano Kit.

A $299 multicolor printer that actually fits on a desk

Creality just made four-color printing a lot more accessible. The SPARKX i7 Nano, available starting today, costs $299 and includes the CFS nano Kit for automatic filament switching. It is the smallest multicolor printer Creality has ever built, and it does not ask you to sacrifice build quality to get there.

The i7 Nano keeps the core SPARKX i7 experience: a quick-swap hotend, AI-assisted failure detection, and a refined surface finish on prints. The CFS nano Kit mounts on top of the printer and handles up to four filaments. A dual-motor system switches channels and feeds material without the jams that plague cheaper multicolor setups. Setup is straightforward. You do not need tools or complex calibration to install it.

Small size, real specs

The build volume is compact, which is the point. Creality designed the i7 Nano for desk corners and apartment setups where the full-size i7 would feel oversized. The machine still prints with the same layer precision and speed modes as its larger sibling. Ludicrous Mode is available, and multi-color print jobs retain speed settings across color changes.

At $299, the i7 Nano undercuts most entry-level multicolor printers by a wide margin. The CFS nano Kit is compatible with existing i7 units, so current owners can upgrade without buying a whole new machine. That is a smart move by Creality. It turns the i7 Nano into both an entry point and an expansion path.

Who should buy it

This is the right printer for anyone who wants color prints without the workshop footprint. Hobbyists printing custom parts, cosplay props, and household upgrades will get the most out of four-color capability. Small businesses that produce branded merchandise or packaging prototypes can print directly in client colors.

The only real limitation is build size. If you regularly print large functional parts, the i7 Nano will feel tight. But for the price, the tradeoff is obvious. You get a well-built, supported machine that prints in color out of the box.
